The centralized telephone intake for all of The Arc of the Capital Area services and programs. You will be prompted to leave a message and an Intake Specialist will return your phone call by the end of business day. Normal working hours are from 8:30 am-5 pm Monday through Friday. We conduct a brief screening with callers to determine if s/he might be eligible for services, and if so, which services would best meet the consumer's needs. The Intake Specialist will refer callers to other disability organizations and resources in the community when appropriate.
